Real estate website design
There is not a module or closed program to develop the website of a real estate companie. So, in BCNIS we gathered our own experience about this sector to create an online properties administrator.
On a basic program, and being aware of each customer needs and proposals, we developed a module with the following basic characteristics:
- Add, delete or modify properties.
- The ability to discern between rent, sell, swap and / or investments
- Advanced search according to the property attributes
- An unlimited Photo Gallery
- You would be capable of publishing keywords and description of each property
- You can create flat pages (About us, history, etc.) without limit
- Contact page and suggestions
- Ability to save searches or properties to print them or send them by e-mail
- Integration with Google Maps
- You only need a computer with internet to administrate your properties, so you do not need to install a special software in every computer you will use to work!
